Produktbeschreibung
Italienischer Vorspeisenklassiker, der auf kulinarische Art und Weise verzaubert. Für unser Vitello Tonnato verwenden wir zartes Kalbsfilet aus artgerechter Tierhaltung. In unserer Feinkostküche wird das feine Kalbsfilet schonend im Ofen im Niedrigtemperaturverfahren mindestens zwei Stunden bei 80 Grad zubereitet. Dadurch bleibt es so zart, dass es auf der Zunge zergeht.
